I’m Rohit Sharma, your simple friendly neighborhood guy. I was born on 19th August 1985 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Did my schooling from Emerald Heights, Indore and Tagore Public School, Jaipur, during which I knew my life was always going to be around computers, so I took real interest and started my BCA. After graduation I then knew programming was not my thing, designing really made my creative brain cells happy, so I did a multimedia specialist course from Arena Multimedia, and during which I started working as a graphics designer. Currently I’m working as a graphics & web designer in Gurgaon.

Ever since I’ve started working, I’ve really got myself addicted to a few things. Although I was always addicted to computers, gaming and the internet, but my new found love for movies, music, sports and coffee raised the addiction levels a lot.

I’m a big movie buff. I love watching movies. I can watch nearly any movie (other than horrors), but then I still have my choices. My favorite genre are comedy, action, adventure, animation, in short if it’s worth watching I will watch it.

I love music. I listen to my mood mostly, but rock and electronic/trance is what I listen to mostly, and like movies, I can listen to any music worth listening. I must have tried nearly all the popular genres on the planet. But then if I was to name a few favorite artists it would be Linkin Park, The Crystal Method, Fort Minor, Green Day, Coldplay, Garbage, Audioslave, Porcupine Tree, The Living End, Nickelback.

I’m a BIG sports fan, or should I say an addict of sorts, its a very important part of my life. I’m a big supporter of Manchester United football club and Scuderia Ferrari F1 team. So it’s obvious that I love football and Formula 1 too. Just to make my sports madness a bit more mad I started my own sports website, SportZForumZ.com. It’s a sports forum basically targeted to sports fans across the globe. I play football too with my friends near my house. Have played a lot of sports, cricket, football, basketball, baseball, athletics, skating and even karting.

I’m a gamer. I used to play whole day in my summer breaks, but now due to time constraints, I’m not able to game much, but still I find some time to play the usual Need for Speed Most Wanted racing, or some FIFA football. I do play other games too, the FPSes, the racing games, the RTS aka the strategy ones, and more. I really love playing the World War based ones.

Then comes coffee, the cup of life. It gives me the kick when I need it, charges me up. It’s probably among the best things on earth.

I have some ideologies in life. Live & Let Live, it’s really a phrase which I really try to abide to. I don’t like people to stick up their noses in my life and neither do I do to them, mind your own business and the world is a beautiful place. I’m a practical sort of a person, so sometimes when some things doesn’t make sense I refrain doing it, unless ofcourse I have to do it (or forced). I don’t smoke; I’m an occasional drinker, that too in controlled levels (yes there is a thing called “controlled drinking”).

I’m also an automobile enthusiast. I love these amazing machines on wheels. It’s really my dream to own a BMW one day and enjoy driving like it’s meant to. Thanks to my busy lifestyle and hectic schedules I’m an insomniac now. I’m a geek who has a simple life with simple things and a simple taste. I really don’t like shopping, mainly because I get a hard time choosing something out of the available options. So yeah I don’t like making such decisions.
